The Business Development Executive will be responsible for assisting the Business Development Specialist in the daily routine tasks not limited to surveys, data collection, stations, BRT corridor, record keeping, park and ride facilities, shops and any other related ground activities in accordance with contract compliances. The role will also include compiling periodic reporting, period visits or as required on need basis.

Key Responsibilities

The position of Business Development Executive has its primary responsibilities:
• Assist Business Development Specialist in collection of Field information’s through field visits.
• Assist Business Development Specialist in ensuring the activities (at Stations and corridor) to comply with the conditions of the contract;
• Assist Business Development Specialist in ensuring the activities at Stations and corridor comply with the terms and conditions of the relevant contract;
• Ensures effective communications with the Business Development Specialist;
• Record keeping of all data for contracts managed by Business Development Specialist
• Preparation of payment/ rent schedule, pending payments, payment records etc.
• Preparation of contract compliance sheet
• Other responsibilities as assigned by TransPeshawar.

Key Tasks

• Assist the Business Development Specialist in reporting of the events as per the Company Operating Procedures Manual;
• Under the guidance of the Business Development Specialist, ensure Service Provider compliance with the conditions of Contract and intent of the Company procedures and the operating manual at all times;
• Provide Field reports to the Business Development Specialist as per the Company’s operating procedures manual or as requested by the Business Development Specialist;
• Other Field or office related tasks as may be requested by the Business Development Specialist.

Position Requirements

16 Years of education in Business Administration or relevant field from a recognized university.

Minimum of two years’ post qualification experience in managing customer accounts, Field surveys, reporting and sound interpersonal.

• Above average skills in consultative team communications.
• Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver reports and agreed actions in a timely manner.
• Demonstrated ability to take responsibility in accordance with sound management principles,
• Credible, and comfortable in dealing with management, line agencies, general public and other stakeholders; and
• Empathic communicator, able to work with a team and see things from the other person’s point of view.
• Well-presented and business-like.

• Age below 30 years.
• Fluency in English and Urdu, Pashto would be an added advantage.
• Good health, allow to work long and irregular hours (when required).
