1. Daewoo Pakistan – responsible for operation and maintenance of all BRT buses. Daewoo Pakistan is responsible for hiring of drivers, mechanics, cleaners and other staff required for maintenance of buses and operations of BRT.
2. JV of Beijing Santel Technology & Trading Corp, Beijing E-Hualu Information Technology Co. LTD. and LMK Resources Pakistan (Private) Limited responsible for station management services. Station management services includes ticket operations (sale and recharge of Zu Cards), safety and security of system, janitorial services, customer services, membership for bicycle sharing system, light maintenance at stations, operation and maintenance of equipment’sProTech (PVt) Ltd responsible for operation and maintenance of elevators and escalators.
3. ProTech (PVt) Ltd responsible for operation and maintenance of elevators and escalators.
4. Messi Enterprises responsible for operation and maintenance of PSD, lights and Miscellaneous Services.
5. CEMS and ESL JV responsible for operation and maintenance of Generator, Pumps, UPS and supply of fuel services.

The JV of companies are responsible for hiring of all staff required for successful operation of functions related to their domain.
